Yes, you can use the card to withdraw cash from domestic/international ATMs in an emergency. However, a transaction fee will be levied on all such withdrawals, and it will be billed to you in the next statement. The transaction fee of 2.5% or Rs. 500, whichever is higher, will be charged at domestic ATMs, and 2.5% or Rs. 500, whichever is higher, will be charged at international ATMs.
